Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup

1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
2 1/2 cups cream half & half
2 cups chicken broth
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Cream of Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup

  1. Cook veggies, till soft. Mix in Blender with 1/2 and 1/2, and salt and pepper. Return to med. sized pot and add

  2. some uncooked smaller pieces of cauliflower and broccoli and cook slowly over low heat, till heated through and the veggies are al dente. Makes 8-1 cup servings

  3. Delicious!
