6 eggs
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cream Cake

Mix eggs with cream. Heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in omelet pan. Cook small amount, flip, cook until done. Repeat. Makes approximately 5 cakes.
