Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Broccoli Soup with Rice Flakes

1 serving Organics Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.75 cup uncooked Organic Oat Flakes
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
4 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Cream of Broccoli Soup with Rice Flakes

heat oil in medium sausepan and saute garlic and onion for 1 to 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce to flame to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from the flame. pour half the ingredients into a blender and pulse until creamy. Place in a saucepan. Pulse the remaining half and pur into saucepan. Heat slightly, serve.
