Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Broccoli Soup

4 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 pounds broccoli
3 small potatoes
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Cream of Broccoli Soup

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in 1/4 cup chicken stock

  2. Add 4 1/4 cup chicken stock, broccoli and peeled potatoes

  3. Add wine

  4. Cook until tender.

  5. Puree and add 1/2 cup milk
