Recipe Ingredients for Cream of broccoli soup

2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups broccoli
1 cup half and half
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
1 stalk celery
3 tbsp flour
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cream of broccoli soup

Saute butter and add chopped onion, chopped celery, salt and pepper, cook until soft. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Add broth that has cooked the broccoli. Heat half and half in microwave for 40 seconds. Add to broth and continue to stir till thickened. Add broccoli.
