Recipe Ingredients for cream of broccoli soup

4 1/2 cups broccoli
1 cup diced celery
2 carrots
1 onion
2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 cups rice
1 tbsn olive oil
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for cream of broccoli soup

saute in olive oil diced carrots, celery on onions until soft. Add broth and broccoli and simmer until until cooked. add cooked rice and let cool. add milk and then blend every thing in a blender in batches.
