Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Broccoli & Potato Soup

32 oz frozen broccoli
32 oz chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 medium baking potatoes
1 cup cream
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cream of Broccoli & Potato Soup

Suatee the onion and garlic together in olive oil. Add broccoli, potatpes and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 20 - 30 minutes. Blend until smooth and add cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
