Recipe Ingredients for Cream Biscuits

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1.6 cup, whipped Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping

Recipe Directions for Cream Biscuits

  1. whisk dry ingredients

  2. mix in cream

  3. press into 3/4" thick disk

  4. cut into wedges

  5. place on parchment-lined sheetpan

  6. bake 15 minutes at 450
