Recipe Ingredients for Cream Biscuits

3/4 c flour
1 pinch of salt
1 T sugar
1 t baking powder
3 T butter
3/8 c heavy whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Cream Biscuits

  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder

  2. Cut butter into flour mixture

  3. Stir in all but 1/2 T of cream into flour mixture

  4. Cut biscuits on a floured board

  5. Brush tops of biscuits with reserved 1/2 T of cream

  6. Bake on parchment - 17 minutes at 400
