Recipe Ingredients for Cream biscuits

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 t sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Cream biscuits

  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. line baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. mix dry

  4. add cream

  5. mix with wooden spoon

  6. turn out onto counter

  7. knead for 30 sec until smooth

  8. into 3/4 inch thick

  9. cut out biscuits

  10. transfer to sheet

  11. cook about 15 min
