Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Aspargus soup

1 cup evaporated milk
12 oz asparagus spears
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Cream of Aspargus soup

  1. Brown onionsand add garlic powder to taste

  2. add milk and bring to boil

  3. add 1/2 cup broth to hot milk mixture.

  4. add 1/2 cup to asparagus in blender and blend until smooth

  5. add asparagus to milk, onion and broth mixture and heat through.

  6. Serve hot or cold.
