Recipe Ingredients for Cream of Asparagus

2 1/4 lb asparagus
4 medium carrots
340 g chicken breast
130 g parsnip
1 stalk of celery
1 medium onion
1 small turnip
1/2 pt of light cream
3 quart water
2 cups fresh dill weed

Recipe Directions for Cream of Asparagus

  1. cook vegetables and meat until soft

  2. take them out of the water and mix in blender

  3. add light cream to the remaining boulion-don't boil!

  4. and mashed veggies and fresh dill weed

  5. serve
