A very low sodium alternative to traditional dry mix seafood boils

Recipe Ingredients for Crayfish Boil (very low sodium - Robert)

2 gallons water (total volume 2.3 gallons with all other ingredients)
9/10 tsp season salt (1/4 tsp of Tony Chachere?s Lite Creole Seasoning)
2 tbsp Water (Zatarain?s Liquid Shrimp & Crab Boil)
12 oz Italian Dressing (1 1/2 cup)
18 oz frozen orange juice
3 tbsp no salt added butter
4 tbsp cayanne pepper
6 cloves garlic
6 lime (sliced and squeezed)
1 medium onion
25 lbs crayfish

Recipe Directions for Crayfish Boil (very low sodium - Robert)

Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil in a 5 gallon pot. Cooks 30 lbs of crayfish, shrimp or crabs.
