Yummy enchilada made from crawfish tails we had leftover from a party.

Recipe Ingredients for Crawfish Enchilada

8 oz Crawfish Tail Meat
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
4 oz Black Beans
6.5 serving White Corn Tortillas
1 cup Old El Paso Sauce Green Chile Enchilada Mild
3 slice Singles Sensations Cheese Product
0.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Crawfish Enchilada

Put it all together and eat it. We baked it at 350 for about 20. Crawfish tails were cooked already.
