1/2 egg
1/4 c flour
1 salt, pepper , garlic powder, parika to taste

Recipe Directions for crave that fried stuff

dredge meat in flour, shake excess flour off of meat, dip in egg, then in bread crumbs. Place in hot oil in skillet.
