Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Wild Rice

1 tsp butter
1 ounce onion
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup orange juice
3 ounces wild rice
2 ounces cranberries, halved

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Wild Rice

  1. Saute onions in butter until soft

  2. Add broth and orange juice, bring to boil

  3. Add wild rice, reduce heat, cover and cook 45 minutes

  4. Add cranberries and serve
