Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/2 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
16 serving All Vegetable Shortening
3/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
3/4 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
2 extra large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
6 oz Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
12 oz Premier White Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix shortening and both sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix thoroughly.

  2. Whisk all dry ingredients together and add to the shortening mixture in 3 installments, mixing lightly in between additions.

  3. Lastly, add cranberries and white choc chips, and pulse the mixer on the lowest speed to incorporate.

  4. Drop cookies in large spoonfuls, about 1-2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
