1 cup iceburg lettuce
1/2 cup spinach
1/3 cup cottage cheese, low fat, large curd
1/8 cup dried cranberries
1/8 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Start with lettuce at bottom, add spinach, cranberries and walnuts.

  2. Put cottage cheese on the side a voila! A delish, yet totally healthy salad.
