Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Walnut Relish II

3/4 cup Orange Marmalade Sugar Free Marmalade
12 oz Cranberries
24 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
3/4 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Walnut Relish II

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place cranberries in a small, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar.

  3. Cover cranberries with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven approximately 35 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with walnuts and recover with the aluminum foil Continue baking for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

  4. Stir marmalad and lemon juice into the cranberry mixture. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to sterile containers, cover and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
