Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry/Walnut Oatmeal

8 cups skim milk
4 cups oatmeal
2 2/3 cups craisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. orange extract

Recipe Directions for Cranberry/Walnut Oatmeal

Bring milk and craisins to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to make sure milk doesn't stick to pan. Add oatmeal, walnuts and orange peel. Stir. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat. Add orange extract. Stir. Cover pan and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
