use 3/4 c agave nectar instead of 3/4 c sugar

Recipe Ingredients for cranberry walnut muffins

2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c fat free milk
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons applesauce
2/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

Recipe Directions for cranberry walnut muffins

  1. preheat oven to 375.

  2. in large bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. in a medium bowl combine egg, milk, sugar and applesauce. add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. stir just until combined. fold in the cranberries and walnuts. spoon into muffin cups

  3. bake for 15 to 18 mins. coll in pans for 5 mins.
