2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries Dried Fruit
8 oz Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2.25 oz Fine White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon Tarragon
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Cube chicken. Toast & chop walnuts. Dice celery and shallots. Chop tarragon. Toss together all ingredients.
