Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Walnut Bread (whole wheat)

8 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
2 oz Yeast
4 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 cup Shelled Black Walnuts
6 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Walnut Bread (whole wheat)

  1. mix 3 cups lukewarm water, 2 pkgs yeast, 1 cup honey, 1 cup dry milk, and 4 cups flour. Beat 100 strokes working in air. Let rise 45 mins.

  2. Add salt and oil and 3 cups flour. Knead, adding flour as necessary. Let rise 1 hour.

  3. Punch down, let rise 1 hour. Put into oiled pans, let rise 1 hour, bake at 350 1 hour
