Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Walnut Bars

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Splenda
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Fiber One
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tablespoon light margarine, melted

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Walnut Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8 inch pan with Pam or another non-stick cooking spray. In one bowl mix all dry ingredients and in another bowl the egg whites and melted margarine. Combine contents of both bowls until well incorporated. Spread evenly and smoothly into the pan. Bake for about 20 minutes; let cool before cutting into 8 squares or (being creative) 8 triangles.
