1 1/2 oz cranberries
1/8 orange
1/8 cup sugar
1/8 oz ginger root
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 small apples
1/4 c celery chopped
1 1/2 T walnuts

Recipe Directions for Cranberry waldorf salad

Combine apple, celery, walnuts and relish in a bowl; toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
