Cranberry Vinaigrette for red cabbage slaw

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Vinaigrette

1/3 cup cranberries
3 tablespoon of grapeseed oil
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped chives or scallions
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 garlic clove, large
1 teaspoon salt
1 Freshly ground pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Vinaigrette

  1. put all ingredients into a blender and blend til smooth

  2. mix with 1/2 red cabbage and let sit in frig for at least 2 hours before serving
