Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry and Sunflower Seed Quinoa

1 cup Quinoa
6 tbsp Organic Omega Superseed Powder Chia Seed Brown Rice Flaxseed
3 tsp Quality Spices Cumin
1 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1/3 cup Cranberries
3 tbsp Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Cranberry and Sunflower Seed Quinoa

  1. Combine quinoa with 2 cups water over high heat. Heat until boiling, then reduce to simmer.

  2. Add cumin and curry powder, cover, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add chia seeds, stevia/sugar, cranberries and sunflower seeds (keep a few cranberries and sunflower seeds to sprinkle on top if desired). Stir well and heat for an additional 10 minutes, or until all water is absorbed.

  4. Serve, garnishing with leftover cranberries and sunflower seeds.
