I love love love this salad. The dressing is definitly worth the time and effort to make yourself. I usully make ithe dressing and toaste almonds on sunday evening. then portion into 5 servings for lunch throughout the week

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry spinach salad

0.5 cup Sliced Almonds
0.75 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
12 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp Minced Onion
0.25 tsp Paprika
4 serving Natural White Wine Vinegar
4 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
8 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Cranberry spinach salad

  1. 3/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered

  2. ~ 1 pound (600 grams) baby spinach

  3. 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  4. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

  5. 1/4 cup white sugar

  6. 1/4 cup splenda

  7. 2 teaspoons minced onion

  8. 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  9. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  10. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  11. 1/2 cup canola oil

  12. toast almonds and sesame seeds in over at 400 degrees. it just takes a few minutes. let cool

  13. .In a large bowl, combine the spinach with the toasted almonds and cranberries.

  14. 3.In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, sugar, splenda onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and vegetable oil. Toss with spinach just before serving
