Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Soy Tofu

0.5 block Tofu, Firm
0.5 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
2 oz Just Cranberry
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
0.33 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 serving Original Premium Barbecue Sauce
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
0.06 tblsp Angostura Bitters

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Soy Tofu

  1. Cube tofu.

  2. Slice ginger, garlic, and jalepeņo.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium container with cover.

  4. Make sure marinade is equally distributed and let marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
