Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Shortbread Cookies with White Chocolate Drizzle

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup corn starch
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup craisins

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Shortbread Cookies with White Chocolate Drizzle

Whip cold, unsalted butter until fluffy. Add Flour, powdered sugar, corn starch mixture. Mix with hand mixer 1 minute on low, then 3-4 minutes on high. Mix in 3/4 cup Craisins (chopped in food processor.) Roll dough into log shape, wrap in wax paper and chill in fridge 1 hour. Line baking sheet with a brown paper bag and preheat oven to 375 F. Cut dough in 1/2 inch slices and arrange on baking sheet 1 to 2 inches apart and bake 12-15 minutes
