Cranberry Sauce. Good with turkey or as a jam. Easy, simple and better than canned!

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Sauce

340 grams Cranberries
0.75 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 fl oz Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Undiluted
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Sauce

Rinse cranberries and place in saucepan. Add brown sugar, a couple of scoops of frozen orange juice (and orange rind if you have it) and cloves. Cover and let it come to a boil. Turn the heat down, press the berries with the back of a spoon to pop them (can leave some whole). When nicely thickened, spoon into prepared mason jars. I like to use the 1 cup size, but it may make slightly more than that. Leftover sauce makes a nice addition to muffins.
