Fresh cranberries and other fruit in jello. Wonderful holiday dessert or side.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Salad

3 oz Raspberry Gelatin Dessert
6 oz Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin Dessert
3 cups water
488 g g) #10 cans of pineapple
1 fruit+2-5/8"+dia orange
1 medium apple
1 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Salad

  1. Freeze cranberries before slicing them.

  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

  3. Slice frozen cranberries with food processor and add to gelatin.

  4. Chop pecans, orange, and apple and stir into mixture.

  5. Add undrained (1 #10 crushed and 1 #10 chunk) pineapple.

  6. Pour into mold(s) or large bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
