Grandmother's cranberry gelatin salad served at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Salad - Grandmother's

12 oz Cranberries
1 large (3-1/16" dia) Oranges
1 large (3-1/4 Apples
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/4 cup, chopped Pecans
1 pkg Orange Gelatin Dessert

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Salad - Grandmother's

  1. Zest orange and rough chop

  2. Rough chop apple

  3. Place cranberries, orange and apple in food processor

  4. Pulse in food processor until chopped

  5. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir

  6. Turn into 8x8 dish

  7. Dissolve 1 pkg orange gelatin in scant cup of boiling water

  8. Add gelatin to cranberry mix

  9. Refrigerate until set
