Not just for thanksgiving. This sauce is great in yogurt or on toast. Be creative.

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Relish

4 oranges, large
2 pounds cranberries
4 apples, cored and diced with peel
4 cups sugar

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Relish

  1. Take the yellow peel from oranges; trim off and discard white part. Put orange pulp and yellow peel, cranberries and apples through food chopper. (I do one fruit at a time; it's easier). Add sugar and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate. Or, pour into glass jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space. Seal and freeze.
