Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Relish with Orange and Ginger

1 large orange
1 lb cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Relish with Orange and Ginger

  1. Zest the orange. Remove any pith from the zest and cut the zest into thin strips.

  2. Cut the orange into sections, removing all pith.

  3. Add all the ingredients except the ginger to a food processor and process until chunky. Stir in the ginger.
