Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Quinoa Salad

1 cup Quinoa
2 cups Water
3 oz Dried Organic Cranberries
3 oz Dry Roasted Walnuts
1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
1 tbs Orange Zest
1/2 cup Annie?s Naturals Organic Red Wine and Olive Oil Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Quinoa Salad

  1. Combine Quinoa and Water in a pot and boil for 10 - 15 mins until water is absorbed/

  2. Cool Quinoa mixture

  3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with cooled Quinoa
