Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. fresh cranberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper liners or grease muffin cups well.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

  3. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in pumpkin. Add flour mixture, stirring until just blended. Fold in cranberries.

  4. Spoon batter in muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
