Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

1.75 cup White Flour, Unbleached
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 cup Pumpkin
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 large Egg, White
1.5 cup, chopped Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour an 8.5x4.5x2.5 inch loaf pan.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except cranberries, in a separate mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist. Stir in cranberries.

  3. Spread evenly in a loaf pan. Bake for 1.5 hours or until wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  4. Remove from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
