Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Pork Roast

3 pork chops
16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Pork Roast

  1. Place roast in slow cooker

  2. Combine cranberry sauce, sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves.

  3. Pour over roast.

  4. Cover Cook on low 6 - 8 hours or until meat is tender

  5. Remove roast and keep warm.

  6. Skim fat from juices.

  7. Measure 2 cups, adding water if necessary. Pour into saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Combine the cornstarch and cold water to make a paste. Stir into gravy.

  8. Cook and stir until thickened. Season with salt.

  9. Serve with sliced pork
