Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry pork chops

4 (8oz) pork chops
1 large onion chopped
1 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup orange juice

Recipe Directions for Cranberry pork chops

salt and pepper pork chops. on a hot skillet with 2 tbsp of oil fry the onion until tender, reserve on the side. brown the chops on both sides in same skillet with remaining olive oil(about 3 min on each side). Next return onions to skillet. pour cranberry sauce and orange juice on top. cover and let simmer for about 15 min. enjoy with steamed rice and green beans.
