Cranberry Poppy Seed Loaf Bread

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Poppy Seed Bread

2 1/2 c flour
1/4 c Splenda sugar blend for baking plus
2 T Splenda sugar blend for baking
2 T Poppy Seed
1 T Baking Powder
1 c Skim Milk
1/6 c Margarine
1/6 c Apple Butter
1/4 c Egg Beaters
1 t Vanilla Extract
2 t Grated Lemon Peel
1 c Chopped Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Poppy Seed Bread

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, poppy seed and baking powder. In small bowl, combine milk, melted margarine, apple butter, egg beaters, vanilla and lemon peel. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Stir in cranberries. Spread into greased loaf pan. Bake 350 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
