32 ounces cranberries, washed and culled
2 large navel oranges, sliced into sections
2 cups sugar

Recipe Directions for Cranberry-Orange Relish the sweet version

  1. Combine cranberries and oranges using an old-fashioned meat grinder. The flavor is better than the blender version.

  2. Add all the collected juice and the sugar to mixture. Mix well. Best made a day or two ahead. Keeps very well in the fridge. Excellent served on cold turkey sandwiches.
