2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 teaspoon orange zest

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Orange Muffin Tops (original)

  1. Combine milk, orange juice, oil and egg in mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in cranberries and orange zest.

  2. Fill small muffin top pan 3/4 way full. Bake for ___ min at 400 degrees.
