Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Orange Loaf

1 c all purpose flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp orange zest
1 1/2 c cranberries
1/4 c margarine
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c egg substitute
3/4 c orange juice

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Orange Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add orange zest and cranberries.

  3. Cream together margarine, egg substitute, and sugar until smooth. Stir in orange juice.

  4. Beat in flour mixture until just moistened.

  5. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
