Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry-Orange glazed Beef Tenderloins

16 oz Beef, Tenderloin
2 serving Cooking Wine
40.6 grams Cranberries
2 fl. oz delmonte multivites juice
2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Cranberry-Orange glazed Beef Tenderloins

Sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper and thyme. Brown garlic, onion powder and cranberries in a pan with olive oil, then add steaks and cook on medium heat, approximately six minutes each sides. Add wine and fruit juice and reduce heat. Let simmer for three minutes, covering the meat with the glaze. Serve while hot! Enjoy!
