Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry-Orange Bread

1 cup, chopped Cranberries
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Shortening
0.75 cup Orange Juice
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Cranberry-Orange Bread

  1. Heat Oven to 350

  2. Grease Loaf Pan 9x5x3

  3. Blend Dry ingredients

  4. Mix in wet ingredients

  5. Fold in cranberries

  6. Bake 1 hour

  7. Cool thoroughly before slicing
