2 12 oz. packages fresh cranberries 2 naval oranges, zested, peeled, and sectioned 3 Gala apples, peeled and cut up 1.5 cup sugar or sugar substitute

24 oz Cranberries
2 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges
3 Apple Apples
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

Recipe Directions for cranberry-orange-apple relish

Using a kitchen grinder, grind all the fruits together into a bowl. Sprinkle the sugar on top - leave until mostly dissolved, then mix well into relish. Keeps in freezer up to 12 months.
