Oatmeal made with Dried Cranberries

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Oatmeal

1 cup old fashioned oats, prepared
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup grapefruit

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Oatmeal

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, walnuts and cranberries. Microwave on 50% power for 4 minutes. Add the honey, vanilla, cinnamon and the grapefruit sections along with it's juice. Mix well.
