Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup yogurt, plain, skim milk
1/4 cup oil
1 cup cranberries

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients well.

  3. Take 2 tbsp of dry mix and dredge cranberries with it.

  4. Mix wet ingredients well.

  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients briefly (till the mix is still quite lumpy).

  6. Add cranberries, mix till combined.

  7. Divide into muffin tins.

  8. Bake 18-20 minutes.

  9. Let cool!
