Recipe Ingredients for Cranberry Oat Bars

1 1/2 c oats
1/2 c splenda
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c craisins
1 c unsweetened apple sauce
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
1/2 c whole-grain flour
1/2 c egg whites

Recipe Directions for Cranberry Oat Bars

Mix all ingredients together except honey, and spray a cookie sheet with pam. Shape the mixture, drizzle honey on top and bake at 350 degree f for 30 min.
